Дитяча хореографія 2-6 р.

 Заняття хореографії — одне з найулюбленіших занять дітей. Лікарі називають дошкільний вік дитини — віком рухової марнотратності. Адже у дітей даного віку стільки багато енергії, де вони надають перевагу таким заняттям, де можна рухатися, проявити себе, відкрити свої почуття та настрій, дати волю своїй уяві та фантазії, самореалізуватись. А наукою доведено, що тільки під час музично-рухової, хореографічної діяльності розкриваються природні задатки і обдарування дітей. 

Виховання емоційності, духовності — найважливіший аспект хореографічних занять.

Самі заняття направлені, щоб:

  1. Приносити користь дитині, зміцнювати здоровя дитини;
  2. Розвивати фізичні якості, такі як витривалість, координація рухів;
  3. Сприяти творчому процесу;
  4. Зміцнювати мязово-руховий апарат;
  5. Формувати вольові якості, такі як вміння долати труднощі, наполегливість, дисциплінованість, витримка.

Наша задача, провести дитину через перший етап хореографічного процесу, що включає засвоєння азів ритміки, азбуки класичного танцю,  елементів народної та сучасної хореографії, партерного тренажу.

Діти поділені по групам:
Початкова група, з мамами. Вік: 2.3 — 3 р.
Середня група. Вік: 3 — 4 р.
Старша група. Вік: 4 — 6 р.

 

Розвиваючі заняття 2,5-6 р.
